Consumer confidence, in the matters of customer service and customer appreciation, is at an all-time low. Imagine a company who delivers a product as promised and services their product as represented when sold. What a novel concept!
In the tradition of the handshake deal, Oasis offers a watertight warranty with the purchase of every new spa, in writing.
Oasis Spas' guarantee has no small print and there will be no surprises. We will always take care of our customers. Some companies celebrate their customer appreciation once a year with a big sale. We prefer to celebrate customer appreciation every day and we approach our business daily in that manner.

MT SERIES LIMITED WARRANTY
OASIS SPAS EXTENDS THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, INSTALLED FOR
RESIDENTIAL USE WITHIN UNITED STATES AND CANADA.
LIFETIME SPAS SHELL WARRANTY – Oasis Spas warrants against water loss due to workmanship or manufacturing defects of the spa shell for the lifetime of the spa.
SEVEN YEAR SHELL SURFACE WARRANTY - Oasis Spas warrants the interior surface material of the spa shell against cracking, blistering, and delaminating for a period of seven years from the spa's original date of purchase.
FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY – Oasis Spas warrants all spa parts and plumbing (except filter, jets and cover) against malfunction due to defects in materials and workmanship for the period of five years.
Labor warranty will be for three years from the spa's original date of purchase.
EXTENT OF WARRANT – The warranty extends only to the original consumer of the Oasis Spa when purchased and installed in a residential application within the boundaries of the United States and
Canada. The Oasis Spas warranty terminates upon any transfer of ownership or if the spa is installed in a
commercial application or is installed or relocated outside the boundaries of Canada and the United States prior to the expiration date of the warranty period.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE – If Oasis Spas determines that the repair of the required defect is not feasible, we reserve the right to instead provide a replacement spa equal in value to the original purchase
price of the defective spa. In such an event, reasonable costs for removal of the defective spa, shipping costs for the replacement spa and delivery and installation of the replacement spa will be the
responsibility of the spa owner. The replacement spa warranty will equal to the balance, if any, remaining on the original spa.
EXCLUSIONS – Spas installed in commercial applications are excluded from any coverage whatsoever.
This Limited Warranty is void if Oasis Spas or its designated representative determines that the spa has been improperly installed, subject to alteration, misuse or abuse, or if any repairs are attempted by
anyone other than an authorized representative of Oasis Spas; or if failure is caused by accident, acts of nature, acts of god, or other causes beyond the control of Oasis Spas. Neglect, misuse and abuse include any installation, operation or maintenance of the spa other than in accordance with the instructions contained in the owners manual provided with the spa, including, but not limited to damage caused by the operation outside the range of 34 degrees F and 116 degrees F or 1 degree C and 46 degrees C; the
failure to maintain proper water chemistry and chemical balance; the use of abrasive or improper chemicals.
Alteration shall include any component or plumbing change, electrical conversion, or the addition of any sanitation or water purification device or heating device which contributes to a component or unit failure or unsafe operating system. The owner accepts liability for repair work performed by anyone other than a designated Oasis Spa representative.
DISCLAIMERS – Oasis Spas and any of its representatives shall not be liable for loss of use of the Oasis
Spa or other incidental, consequential, special indirect, or punitive costs, expenses, or damages which may include, but are not limited to the removal of a permanent deck or other custom fixture, or the necessity
for crane removal. Under no circumstances shall Oasis Spas or any of its representatives, be held liable,
for any reason or cause, any cost in excess of the original spa purchase. No other warranties, expressed
or implied, are valid. No agent, dealer, distributor, service representative, or other party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty in any manner whatsoever.
LEGAL REMEDIES – This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from State to State and Province to Province. Some States and Provinces do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and therefore this limitation may not apply to you.
