Construction
All Oasis Spas have been designed with two things in mind: function and value. Every hole drilled, every hose connected, every part assembled and every component selected is done with long- term performance and serviceability in mind. There
is not a more functional spa anywhere.

Skirting: The look you want. Trying to match a specific deck color or trim
color? Our synthetic cabinets are fully removable, maintenece free,
have long lasting appeal and are fully paintable surfaces. Choose from our standard colors of Redwood and Grey or if you are looking for something more creative, you are only limited by your imagination and your brush. Ask your dealer for details.

Insulation: Full foam insulation provides maximum R value and reduces heat loss. The foam has two functions: 1. Increase thermal qualities, which in turn reduces high cost of heater operation. 2. Provide much needed support to heavy, water filled hose lines.
Full Foam vs. Thermal Lock (Not Full Foam)
The myth: Thermal Lock recaptures the heat from the pumps and uses the dead air space to act like a thermos.
The truth: Thermos technology is based on a vacuum or absence of air.
All spas are vented to help keep pumps from overheating; therefore, you cannot recapture the heat. Having vents in a thermal lock spa would be equivalent to leaving your front door wide open in the winter. Secondly, your air controls demand a tremendous amount of air
for the jets. That air comes from outside, and if it is cool outside,
the temperature of your spa is lowered.
The myth: If a leak should occur in your spa, you have to chip away
the foam to repair it. Servicing full foam spas is a nightmare.
The truth: All the largest manufacturers in the world fully insulate
their spas. Why? Because long term, they are less likely to have
problems. Twenty years ago, hard foams were used to insulate spas,
but today's technology provides us with high R factor foams that can
be easily removed by hand. You can, in fact, repair a full foam spa
with little extra time, and the likelihood of a problem occurring is
far less with a fully foamed spa. Overall, full foam will provide you with greater structural quality,
lower operational costs, and longer component life.

Full Frame Construction: Lumber's greatest enemy is biological attack (destruction by
termites, fungi and bacteria). All Oasis spas are constructed with a
pressure treated wood base and sealed with a hard HDPE plastic base
cover, protecting your spa from uninvited guests and providing you
with decades of protection.
Our unique internal decking support system enables you to place your
spa on any solid, level surface. Suggested surfaces include crushed
stone, patio pavers, concrete slab, or deck. |
Shell: The shell is the only part of the spa that can not be replaced, so if a problem arises in the shell it can be quite devastating. In an attempt to cut costs and deliver spas at a lower price point, some manufacturers will use inferior backing materials and application processes that will give strength and thickness to the shell, but will not bond properly. Over time, this can create problems such as blistering, separating or cracking. We use a high quality vinyl ester resin as a first coat bond to the acrylic and take the time to properly apply and cure the resin which results in a shell that will last a lifetime. Staying consistent and true to our commitment to deliver the best product possible, all Oasis spas are manufactured to remain watertight throughout the life of your spa.

Water Delivery:
Our plumbing engineering maximizes water flow to the jets and reduces
stress on motors, jets and fittings. In an attempt to eliminate any
chance of leaking, all Oasis Spas jets are barbed, glued and clamped.
The industry standard is to simply glue or clamp, but not both. You
can relax in your spa knowing we have taken every step to ensure that
your spa will always deliver and hold water.
